Hello there. My dedicated server provider does not support FreeBSD natively, Therefore I ordered a usb stick in addition, then burned FreeBSD iso in linux rescue mode within the terminal, afterwards I requested KVM access; so far, fine up to here.. However, the problem now is that, the FreeBSD installation says; "No interface specified for IPv4 configuration" It seems, FreeBSD does not recognize the NIC interface on that server? :/ According to the rescue mode; The mainboard is: ASUS System Product Name/PRIME B760M-A D4, BIOS 9017 02/07/2024 And one more info from rescue mode regarding network: RTL8226B_RTL8221B 2.5Gbps PHY r8169-0-500:00: attached PHY driver (mii_bus:phy_addr=r8169-0-500:00, irq=MAC) r8169 0000:05:00.0 enp5s0: Link is Up - 1Gbps/Full - flow control rx/tx Any clue would be much appreciated. Regards, Özgür
