I was going to wait until zfs-xattr.patch makes it in, since it is useless
without the zfs-xattr.patch changes.

I could do it sooner, if that makes things easier for people?

Btw, I had the semantics for O_NAMEDATTR different from Solaris's
O_XATTR, but that has been changed now.
