This isn't about you, but rather for the ports tree and those who interact =

it. Having a Python interpreter/distribution in the tree without its suppor=
ting
cast, in this case, the ability to build Python packages from source (binary
wheels are not acceptable), gives ports users the wrong impression (and ammo
for complaints/threads/etc that distract from actually making progress).
