https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=288785 Bug ID: 288785 Summary: rtw89 rtl8852be It is difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, and the rate is 11a. Product: Base System Version: 15.0-CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: wireless Assignee: wireless@FreeBSD.org Reporter: yklaxds@gmail.com rtw89 rtl8852be It is difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, and the rate is 11a. I got the same results on FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE and 15.0. No matter what sysctl parameters are set, the rate remains unchanged and cannot reach HT or VHT. Actual speed tests show only about 50-200 KB/s. The rtl8852be, driven by the rtw89 driver, currently struggles even to auto-connect to Wi-Fi. It requires manually scanning once and then specifying the SSID to connect properly. I have an AX200 card that performs well in the same environment, so I do not believe the issue lies with my router, and I have already tried replacing it with two different routers. Configuration information for this card can be found in Radxa Wireless Module A8. https://docs.radxa.com/en/accessories/wireless-a8 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
