Hopefully this is an acceptable question for this list.  If not please
accept my apologies in advance.

I am extremely frustrated with my current provider's network uptime and lack
of troubleshooting ability.  I am looking for a dedicated server under 200
dollars FreeBSD 7.

Currently we have:
