In -current, usbd.conf calls /etc/pccard_ether which is the current
thing to do. I don't know why this change hasn't been MFC'd.
Here's the entry:

attach "/etc/pccard_ether ${DEVNAME} start"
detach "/etc/pccard_ether ${DEVNAME} stop"
