By default the mysql port is installed into /usr/local/lib/mysql and
there's no libmysqlclient.so lib in /usr/local/lib...try simlinking the
mysql/libmysqlclient.so to /usr/local/lib/mysqlclient.so then proceed to
build the mod_php4 port again.
