I have similar configuration on FreeBSD-13 and it works well.
Host system has if_bridge with configured fe80::1 as IPv6 LLA and some IPv6 GA,
it uses two tap interfaces. Bhyve VMs use fe80::1%vtnet0 as default gateway and
IPv6 GA from the same prefix  as GA from if_bridge.
