I'm not convinced that the ghc problem is entirely a Ryzen hardware problem.

The first thing I did after I received my replacement CPU was to rerun
poudriere, and ghc failed as usual.  Then there was a recent commit that I
wanted to test, so I upgraded to the latest version of 12.0-CURRENT.  I've =
run
poudriere twice since then, and ghc has successfully built both times.

I'm planning on doing some bisection tests to try to track down what seems =
to
have fixed the problem, but this could take a while.
