Huh, I know a man who *has* some good old BASIC programs (mostly math) and will be happy to get them up on UNIX (FreeBSD in particular); I'll convince him to make an attempt. I'm not sure which BASIC dialect he used, though; but I feel the smell of CP/M and 8080 there.
