In the coming world order for ports, this version number change is wrong
(or at least likely to be wrong in the future):

0.9.1 -> YYYYMMDD -> 0.9.2 will cause a version decrease which will
require a bump of PORTEPOCH to compensate.

Better to call it 0.9.1.YYYYMMDD or 0.9.1.1 or something else which stays
monotonically increasing when the vendor does get around to releasing a
new version.
