Update to portupgrade 1.29.
portupgrade:
- Fix a bug that -s/--sort didn't work. D'oh!
- Make -u/--uninstall fail-safe. It backs up old
installations with the help of pkg_tarup and restores on
installation failure.
- Show option errors more gracefully.
- Die on signals more gracefully.
