Forced commit to note that Ganbold is now free from mentorship for
his work to doc/mn_MN.UTF-8. He has been doing an excellent job
keeping the current translation up to date, and my work for the
last 1-2 months has been mostly build-testing of the patches.
Ganbold is still free to seek review for any src/manpage work, and
he knows I'll always be around for any help that is needed, so we
can now cut a bit on the delay of waiting for me to wake up in a
quite different timezone to approve his work in his translation of
our Handbook to the Mongolian language.
