Subject: PCMCIA Card in FreeBSD 4.3 (second post)

I'm having some problems with a couple of PCMCIA ethernet cards in
FreeBSD 4.3. First, a quick history of what I have done. I have 2 Vaio
laptop computers, a Cisco Aironet 340 series wireless card, and a LinkSys
10/100 PC Card (PCM100). I tested the LinkSys card in my laptop when I
first got it and it worked flawlessly (pccard.conf already has 0x80000 in
it), then I started working on the wireless card. I now have the wireless
card working perfectly, but when I try to get the LinkSys card to work
now, funky things start to happen.
If I just boot straight up with the LinkSys card, I get the
following error message:

ed1: device timeout

But, if I remove it, put in the wireless card, then put back in
the LinkSys card, it works fine. It's seems like some odd IRQ issue that
the wireless card fixes.
Now for the weird part. I have tried to get the wireless card
working on another laptop running the same FreeBSD install and get the
same error message as with the LinkSys on mine: device timeout. This
leads me to believe I am missing something during the setup somewhere. I
have racked my brain trying to figure out what I am missing, but I can't
seem to figure it out. Help! :)
