I had permission to commit man page changes during the code freeze,
and I told Sheldon to go ahead and commit this change. I'll take
all of the heat for this (I told Sheldon this at the time). I may
have over stepped my bounds, but if Sheldon hadn't done the actual
commit, then I would have.
In another private e-mail, Jordan had given his OK on this
particular commit.
