I wonder if it might make sense for the ISO to only have a cvsup which does not have X11. A version without X11 will run OK on a system that does have X11, but the X11-version won't run on a system without X11, and it's certainly reasonable to *want* to run cvsup on a system that doesn't have X11. And presumably it'd also save a few bytes on the ISO. Just a thought.
