I just recently had a task to install some Dell R730 servers with FreeBSD 13 amd64 but no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the iso installer to get past usb and mfi/mrsas timeout errors. USB errors similar to uhub_reattach_port: port 1 reset failed, error=3DUSB_ERR_TIMEOUT uhub_reattach_port: device problem (USB_ERR_TIMEOUT), disabling port 1 uhub_reattach_port: port 1 reset failed, error=3DUSB_ERR_TIMEOUT uhub_reattach_port: device problem (USB_ERR_TIMEOUT), disabling port 1 and mfi gives COMMAND TIMEOUT AFTER xx SECONDS over and over. mrsas just crashes. Trying to install FreeBSD 12 results in kernel panic mid boot but it flashes too fast to see what it's crashing on. Any ideas? _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-questions-unsubscribe@freebsd.org= " _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-questions-unsubscribe@freebsd.org= "
