Solution: Boot with ACPI disabled, you will boot without a problem. Remove in your /boot/loader.conf any reference to loading a 3rd party ACPI DSDT table and then reboot. Problem is in using non bios ACPI DSDT tables. Can someone look into this ? - Drew
