I really really meant unlimited bandwidth and $15 per year.  Actually
there is a limit of about 768K I think but this will more than suffice
for a few years, eventually I expect this limit will be removed.  No $15
is not an underestimate considering all the relevant factors (which I'm
afraid I can't divulge at the moment).
