I have had same problem some time ago with Asus P5B-MX (also 946GZ)
6.3-RC1 did no helped since it not included support for AGP for
946GZ chipset [1], but upgrading to FreeBSD 7.0-BETA4 helped
since RELENG7 supports AGP for 946GZ [2], now everything works
with Intel drivers from ports, but also version Intel drivers
in Ports is very old, but works.
