Hi, I did a 'make world' and compiled my kernel with the sources from Jun 8 and since that every time I try to use any pcmcia card my laptop just hangs, without droping my to ddb, I'm on a Sony VAIO PCG-XG38, can any one tell me if someone have already fixed this and which file I have to patch to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. P.S. With "try to use" I mean do an ifconfig on the net card or initialize the modem. sorry if you have already discussed this I'm new to the list.
