Log:
- remove ko-{afterstep,fvwm95,vim}. These packages are now
maintained by nobody, too old, and have a complete(or better) replacement
in current ports.
ko-afterstep : use x11-wm/afterstep-i18n (or afterstep*)
ko-fvwm95: use x11-wm/fvwm95-i18n
ko-vim: use editors/vim5
