To submitter:  Are you able to provide the following from both the
working, and the non-working kernels?

 - full, verbose dmesg
 - output of "devinfo -rv"

Also, given the breakage seems to have happened within the last three
months, it may well be quickest for you to compile up a kernel between
the working and non-working kernel, and repeat until it's known which
set of commits broke things for you (it should be possible to narrow
the commit down to a single days worth of commits with only six
recompiles)
