Another point here is that Jan has multiple
bugzilla entries tied to the basic issue of
enabling some use of the libc++ for the
llvm release one is using in order to sometimes
get modern libc++ library features.

For example is the the following bugzilla entry,
listed here via its recent addition of the comment:
