Piotr Kubaj <pkubaj@anongoth.pl> has reassigned Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org>'s request for maintainer-feedback to emulation@FreeBSD.org: Bug 217294: security/linux-c6-openssl: update to 1.0.1e-48.el6_8.4 https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D217294 --- Description --- Created attachment 180215 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D180215&action= =3Dedit patch Changelog: * An integer underflow leading to an out of bounds read flaw was found in OpenSSL. (CVE-2017-3731) * A denial of service flaw was found in the way the TLS/SSL protocol defined processing of ALERT packets during a connection handshake. A remote attacker could use this flaw to make a TLS/SSL server consume an excessive amount of= CPU and fail to accept connections form other clients.
