wicontrol -o

wicontrol -Z

wicontrol -C

Will be implemented how with ifconfig?  I use them.
wicontrol -o is to kill for.  I don't mind wep cruft,
or which mode or which channel being embedded in ifconfig.

I might point out that doing ioctls to a device
to do odd things might have a long history in UNIX...
