I just had this problem too. I copied the miibus_if.h from ../wb and the
compile/install worked just fine. I do not have miibus enabled in my kernel
config. The only nic I have defined is fxp.

Stable seems to be broken.
When make depend on the kernel tries to compile the wx module, it
announces that miibus_if.h doesnt exist. Of course, adding device miibus
to the kernel should fix the problem, but this seems uneccesary, since you
have to add support for something that isnt added in the kernel (ie, wx is
NOT included in the kernel and still bugs out)
