It used to work before the MFC, but now the tagging is disabled by the kernel and the ATA bus is reset. Setting hw.ata.tags to "0" before booting the kernel works just fine. The problem seems very similar to those reported before, and although I know that my kernel doesn't include Soren's fix of May 31 (i.e. I'm still using ata-disk.c v1.60.2.22), this change only seems to fix situations in which both a tagging-capable and non tagging-capable drive are on a controller, which is not the case in my system. Working without tagging isn't much of a problem, so regard this message as another "me too". Maybe the dmesg provides information to fix the problem though.
