hello,

i am preparing a patch to move ntpd into its own FreeBSD-ntp package:

https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/compare/main...llfw:freebsd-src:lf/pkgbase-ntp

however i'm not sure what to do about the HTML documentation in
/usr/share/doc/ntp. for now i've put this in the 'ntp' package, but i
wonder if this should go into an 'ntp-doc' package, or into 'ntp-man'
with the manpages, or perhaps 'ntp-man' should be called 'ntp-doc'
instead?
