AFAIK, most machines are configured with matching hostnames, forward and reverse. This is necessary to get into a lot of FTP servers, so most users that do not do mass-installs are likely to get it right. I wouldn't mind seeing sysinstall ask for a SmarterHost, as that would be very useful for end users, but claiming there is no point without it does not match at least my experience. Eivind.
