I actually don't remember what I chose to do with regards to the MBR; was there a point in the installation I would have made that choice? I'm pretty sure I would have chosen to install the standard MBR as there are no other systems on the machine. Is there a way I can fix the MBR now if that's the issue? I couldn't find that in sysinstall. When I try to boot from the hard drive, it says "Read error".
