I don't seem to be able to extract ANY package with the 951026 version
of pkg_add. All I get is, e.g.:
Requested space: 289760 bytes, free space: 262174720 bytes in /usr/tmp/instmp.000433
tar: can't open archive ./mtool207.tar.gz : No such file or directory
tar: child returned status 3
tar: +CONTENTS not found in archive
Unable to open table of contents file `+CONTENTS' - not a package?
1 package addition(s) failed.
The tar file *DOES* exist.
