Pace yourself, try to remain calm..
Don't work yourself too hard, I guess.
Give your brain some time off from thinking about all the problems,
concerns, and things to remember and do something you enjoy (having
notes somewhere can relieve some brain clutter by increasing file/paper
clutter :)
Take a vacation of some sort?

Everyone has to find their own way I think, I'm no expert.

Perhaps your work environment is less than comfortable for some reason?
Maybe you're not burned out, just not comfortable with where you're
supposed to be working and don't know it?
I find that I can barely concentrate at all when it gets real hot in the
office here (Key Largo, FL + 10 machines in a small space says it all)

There's probably a term and explanation attached to this syndrome, but
I'm not a psychologist ;)
