FreeBSD already includes the native OpenSSL implementation of RSA - this code hasn't changed in the latest beta. > If so, are there any plans to include this in the 4.1.1 release? Nope - I will import it in -current after the official release of 0.9.6, and if there are no problems observed after 3 or 4 weeks, will bring it back to -stable. This is a critical part of the system because people rely on it for things like SSL webservers and OpenSSH. > (Right now an alpha version is included with the OS [0.9.5-a].) The 'a' doesnt mean alpha, it was a bugfix release just after 0.9.5 Kris -- In God we Trust -- all others must submit an X.509 certificate. -- Charles Forsythe <forsythe@alum.mit.edu> To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
