The sources are not in 'contrib' tree, nor has readme/LICENSE or other similar file containing information that the software is not FreeBSD but contributed source. In the fact, nothing in the sources nor Makefiles mention Rhyolite. So - the short answer is "no". I will send a notice about this PR to Vernon. Dan
