It's extremely biased towards LinuxOS. It also follows the rule that if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bulls**t. One prominent example: "GNU/Linux with TUX produced better SPEC values than Windows/IIS". TUX is not a real-world web server, as it only serves static web pages.
