I might be able to help out on that. I have static numbers on a 6000/768 DSL. 
Not sure that's enough but i'd be willing to host it if it would help.
I'm a little strapped for time so if you could setup the OS that would help 
me. I'll be out 9/14-16 but otherwise available. If needed, i have an 
8channel remote switch that i use for kicking the DSL modem that i could 
setup for poking this box, too.
