Well I deleted the symlinks, swfdec, and stepped through the instructions in the handbook again. Now when I run nspluginwrapper -v -a -i as a user I get the following, Auto-install plugins from /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins Looking for plugins in /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins Auto-install plugins from /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin Looking for plugins in /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin Install plugin /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so ... already installed system-wide, skipping Auto-install plugins from /home/sean/.mozilla/plugins Looking for plugins in /home/sean/.mozilla/plugins As root I get, Auto-install plugins from /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins Looking for plugins in /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins Auto-install plugins from /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin Looking for plugins in /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin Install plugin /usr/local/lib/npapi/linux-f10-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so into /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so Auto-install plugins from /root/.mozilla/plugins Looking for plugins in /root/.mozilla/plugins The directory /usr/local/lib/browser_plugins tardis# ls -al total 164 drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 512 Feb 17 19:17 . drwxr-xr-x 40 root wheel 31744 Feb 17 18:58 .. -rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 125728 Feb 17 19:17 npwrapper.libflashplayer.so drwxr-xr-x 7 root wheel 512 Feb 16 07:30 symlinks I tried with and without the symlink the instructions specified and it made no difference, the linux flash plugin does not appear. I am open to any ideas. Thanks for all the help in either case. Sean
