take a deep breath and start reorganizing the mess the milestones
were:
1- remove the "setup utility" item from the Milestone list, it's
already in task, and not really a great milestone to have
2- move i18n to the task section, it's not really a problem with libh,
but with BSD-only packages in general
3- renumber other entries
The rest of the entries will also be modified, shortly.
