Blah, somehow I was unaware of this rule.  My intent here was to avoid
running `autoconf', but I imagine I can fix it `by hand'.

Since misery loves company :-), the following should also be fixed the
next time they are touched:

audio/sox
devel/glib12
japanese/less
japanese/lessw
math/Scilab
misc/pdmenu
net/socks5
security/heimdal       # I win (lose)!  A 4,257 line patch here.
x11-toolkits/wxgtk
