Hi,

I was just wondering what software might be used for doing IP based accounting
in an existing network.

We´ve been playing around with Cisco´s netflow but somehow it does not scale.

Is there any other tool, hopefully FreeBSD based, that can be installed on a
performant box to be put into a segment for sniffing and accounting traffic ?

Something doing more than 100mb would be great.

What do _you_ guys use for accounting purposes?

Thanks and regards,

Emre
