The criminal part is that Inthell stole (yes stole) technology
from DEC.  DEC could have, and should have, shut Inthell down,
but what's-his-name wimped out.  One has to wonder what happened
under the table.

There's AMD64, with DEC technology that was obtained legally and
morally.  Although it is still a case of trying to make a silk
purse (AMD64) from a sow's ear (x86).
