Synopsis: [arp] Static arp entries may be ignored State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: glebius State-Changed-When: Sat Oct 14 11:57:07 UTC 2006 State-Changed-Why: This is not a bug in FreeBSD, but the way how ARP and Ethernet work.
