Somehow they all seem to miss that little detail about kernels. The mach microkernel is quite a different beastie. That in itself should throw some wrenches into the gears. As to the rest... Well... Being a security risk sure didn't harm NT on its way to popularity. Compared to - at least - early NT releases OS X looks a security bullwark.
