After moving from 4-STABLE to 5.0, I noticed that my cock wents extremly
wrong. ntpd wasn't able to handle the abnormality. And even an
every-minute ntpdate had to made an strong adjustment on the systemstime.
After some investigation I noticed that tsc_freq was set wrong. After that
I set it manually (I stil do - never tried it w7o again) in my scstl conf
and the clock just works fine...
