You don't really need any of them :-)

But of course, you needs will be different from everyone else's. The
best way is to just browse through them, reading their descriptions,
until you find one that interests you. Then try it out. If you don't
like it, uninstall it.

What are you looking for? What will you be using your system for? What
applications did you use the most in your old OS?
