Rubber gloves & goggles & a plastic bucket maybe ?
I haven't taken the lid of our horizontal APC UPS, but it's damn heavy, & I
beleive there lead acid batteries in there. They might be sealed, but I sure
wouldn't mount my car battery (also sulphuric acid) 90 degrees off from normal.
Suggest you check carefuly first :-)
