This fails to build for me (patch). I have only FIDO_U2F HPN LDNS PAM 
enabled and if I turn on BLACKLISTD (or turn off HPN) it builds. I 
looked at what it would take to update the hpn patch but too much has 
changed for me to easily figure it out. Also, if I comment out the first 
hpn patch, the next one fails and so on.
