Subject:   Pkg build does not work with sysinstall

Hi,

	multiple times on a 5.1 build, I've created the OO 1.1.0,1 build.  When using 
pkg_add it works fine.  However, using sysinstall it bombs out due to an 
error where there is a text page put out by the package at the end.
