If so, can you try and change your xorg.conf for direct /dev/ums0 access instead of /dev/sysmouse? Please fetch the krepdump tool: http://people.freebsd.org/~kaiw/tools/krepdump.tgz extract the tarball, do a make and kldload krepdump.
